Levels
Level 2
Level 2 is the first step in the Compulsory program. Gymnasts perform basic, set routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor, focusing on proper technique, body positions, and fundamental skills. According to USAG, Level 2 emphasizes safety, basic strength, and consistency, giving athletes a solid foundation for future levels.
2025/2026 Practice Schedule:
Wednesdays 4:30-8:30
Saturdays 8am-12pm
Level 3
Level 3 builds on the fundamentals, introducing slightly more complex skills and combinations. Gymnasts continue performing set routines on all four events with attention to technique, form, and execution. USAG notes that Level 3 develops strength, coordination, and confidence, preparing athletes for higher-level compulsory work.

Level 4
Level 4 is a stepping stone to advanced compulsory gymnastics. Athletes perform routines with increased difficulty and refinement, emphasizing consistency and proper form on vault, bars, beam, and floor. USAG describes Level 4 as critical for developing technical precision and competitive readiness.

Level 5
Level 5 is the final compulsory level, where gymnasts demonstrate advanced skills and refined execution in all four events. USAG highlights that Level 5 prepares athletes for Optional (Level 6+) gymnastics, focusing on strength, flexibility, artistry, and consistency at a competitive level.
2025/2026 Practice Schedule:
We currently do not have a level 5 team. At the end of the season Level 4 will train, skip level 5, and compete Level 6 the following season.
