Head Coach & Owner

With a lifelong passion for gymnastics, Jina Whipple has been part of the sport since 1984—first as a Level 10 gymnast in the Treasure Valley, and now as the proud owner and head coach of Mountain West Gymnastics in Boise, Idaho. Since taking over the program in 2021, Jina has coached numerous state champions, national titleholders, and NCAA athletes, including a national all-around champion and multiple national and Western beam champions.

Known for her fun and motivating coaching style, Jina challenges her athletes to push beyond their limits, discover their potential, and grow into confident, resilient young women-both in and out of the gym.
